"Nao+ key selling points: (1) reactive technology which works great & (2) ability to choose preset & create custom lighting profiles via the app. Sadly the app is super buggy so creating custom profiles requires patience & occasional re-install of the app as it suddenly loses base profiles & other profile information. Compared to what else is on the market it's a good torch. Note the predicted battery life in Reactive mode is optimistic & the Constant mode forecast is more realistic."

"It's a head torch, why does it need access to my contacts, photos and other media on my device? I've paid for my Nao+ transaction over, so why does the company insist of trying to harvest my data now having to install it on a burner phone."

"Worst investment and app since covid. Dems should be ashamed to have worked on such a failed design. Concept was a good idea but that's just it, an idea, the actual product is a nightmare. To think a 1 dollar flash light is more reliable than this $150 monstrosity. The joke really is on use the consumer for having paid for this. Owners are laughing at us. App has no clue how to connect even with their latest update. Ended up putting light on dog, that I dont own. It'll have better use than me."

Après deux ans, toujours pas de réponse de la "team Petzl". On crée des applications à la va va-vite, au lieu de le faire correctement... et après, il est trop tard et on abandonne tout en l'état. Triste époque."
